Evoked by childhood memories of mirrored tiles inset on a dressing table, this work investigates a layering of reflections and narrowing of the image, as portrayed in the original memory.

The work has progressed through a series of processes and semi transparent materials, using natural elements such as light and wind to distort and layer the image.

Site-specific and located in the natural environment it is an interrupter to the space and a creator of a new narrative.

The mirroring creates an indirect lens to the environment, mimicking its visual neighbours and representing a temporal quality of a constant changing image.
